Gina Wong is a member of the College of Alberta Psychologists; and Psychologists' Association of Alberta. She is a Board member with the Museum of Motherhood in New York City and an Alberta co-coordinator with Postpartum Support International. She also founded and directs the Maternal Mental Health Progress in Canada, which is a four-pronged initiative involving: (1) Advocacy, (2) Research and Scholarship, (3) Education and Training, and (4) Service Delivery. Within the research and scholarship initiative, she runs the Athabasca University Maternal Mental Health Research and Advocacy Team consisting of researchers across Canada interested in perinatal mental health scholarship.
